A team of builders and developers are breathing new life into one of the most beautiful buildings in downtown Tulsa.
For the last two years, the historic Adams Hotel has been empty. On Friday, Arrowhead Builders and Rose Rock Development Partners launched a new renovations project at the 90-year-old building.
“It’s just really exciting to see a solid team of builders and developers taking one of our great architectural assets here and renovating it for the 21st century,” said Mayor GT Bynum.
Developers say the Adams building will be home to 65 apartment units, plus restaurant and retail space downstairs. It's expected to open early next summer.
