Deputies Arrest Collinsville Man For Shooting During Fence Dispute

One man is in the hospital and another is in jail after a shooting following an argument about a fence.

Sheriff's deputies say 24-year Kory Crawford was arrested on several complaints including Shooting With Intent To Kill and Reckless Handling Of A Firearm. He is being held without bond.

Only On 6, we were there as deputies arrested Crawford after the shooting near East 152nd Street North and Garnett.

Deputies say Crawford and the victim were arguing about a fence and whether or not it should be removed.  They say the men got into a scuffle, then Crawford fired his gun twice into the ground before shooting the victim. That happened at about 8:30 p.m.

The victim was flown to a Tulsa hospital and deputies say the victim is expected to survive.
