Okmulgee Man's Death Deemed A Homicide

The death of an Okmulgee man, whose body was discovered in August 2017, has been declared a homicide.

The body of James Richardson was found in the garage of a residence, badly decomposed.

According to police, investigators found no obvious signs of trauma.

However, an autopsy discovered that there had been blunt force trauma of the head, which was determined to be the cause of death.
