Former Nebraska Officers To Stand Trial For Oklahoma Man's Death

Two former Omaha Nebraska police officers will stand trial for the death of an Oklahoma man last year.

Investigators say Scotty Payne repeatedly tased Zachary Bearheels and Ryan McClarty punched Bearheels several times.

Bearheels was kicked off a bus while trying to go to South Dakota.

Payne has pled not guilty to felony assault and will stand trial in November.

McClarty will go to trial in January.
