The second special session of the year begins Monday for Oklahoma lawmakers trying to find a long-term solution to the state's budget crisis.
"I'm expecting Monday through Thursday we pass additional funding, either through revolving funds or cash, fix the Oklahoma Health Care Authority, and then we've had some great meetings, some great bipartisan meetings, I would expect the call to be expanded, and we meet first, second week in January," said Rep. Jon Echols, Majority floor leader.
Governor Mary Fallin issued her executive order for the special session on Friday.
