Muskogee Officer-Involved Shooting Cleared By Review Board

A Muskogee officer has just been cleared by the deadly force review board for shooting a man in August. 

Officer James Moore shot Sean Ellis on August 7th when he pulled out a knife and advanced toward Moore.
