Fried Catfish

Ingredients: 

• 3oz Catfish fillets 
• 4 cups cornmeal 
• 2 cup flour 
• 2 tablespoons salt 
• 2 tablespoons black pepper 
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 

Directions:

1. Heat cooking oil to 350 degrees
2. Mix dry ingredients together 
3. Roll fish in dry batter to coat evenly 
4. Place fish in hot oil 
5. Cook for 6 minutes
