ME: Wife, Daughters In Morris Killings Were Shot Multiple Times

Editor's note: The original version of this story stated incorrectly that Drew Casey shot his wife and his two daughters. The report does not state which parent shot the children.

An Okmulgee County man shot and killed his wife then himself, according to the medical examiner's report. 

The medical examiner's report shows Jackie Casey and her daughters Anna and Lily all died of multiple gunshot wounds, while Drew Casey, 30, died of a single gunshot wound.

Drew Casey's wife, 31-year-old Jackie, was shot five times in the head and their daughters, 6-year-old Anna and 17-month-old Lily, were each shot twice, the ME says. 

The report does not state which parent shot the children. According to the report, both adults were intoxicated.  

The February 7 shooting shocked the small town of Morris, which is about 40 miles south of Tulsa.
