Three people arrested in the shooting death of a man found at Mohawk Park last week have been charged with multiple counts including first-degree murder, kidnapping and robbery with a dangerous weapon, according to court documents.
Alejandro Guzman, Jennifer Lopez and Jose Flores-Nolasco are currently in custody for the death of Wilmer Flores, whose body was found along a road to the entrance of Mohawk Park October 12, 2016.
A fourth person, Adan Banuelos, was arrested October 17, 2016, in connection with the murder on complaints of first-degree murder and kidnapping, according to police.

Guzman, Lopez and Flores-Nolasco have been charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping, two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon, possession of a stolen vehicle.
Guzman was also charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon, court documents state.
Authorities said the four suspects kidnapped the victim from his apartment at gunpoint, took him to the park and shot him to death. Banuelos was booked on complaints of first-degree murder and kidnapping.
Guzman, Lopez and Flores-Nolasco's court hearings are set for October 21, 2016.
Banuelos is set to appear in court October 24, 2016.
