Tulsa Woman Warns Others Of Car Break-Ins At Turkey Mountain

A Tulsa woman has a warning about car break-ins.

Shannon sent The News On 6 a picture and said someone broke into her car between 8-30 and nine o'clock this morning at Turkey Mountain.

They took her purse and wallet.

Shannon said the thief also broke into the car next to hers and took a wallet.

She said witnesses gave police a description of the suspect and a partial tag number of his car.

Tulsa has an average of 500 car break-ins per month.
