Payroll Checks, Cash Taken In Tulsa Armed Robbery

Police say a man delivering payroll checks and cash to Tulsa workers is robbed at an east Tulsa apartment complex Thursday afternoon.

Officers says a representative of All Drywall Services of Dallas, Texas was taking the checks to workers at the Lakeside Apartments in the 2200 block of South 99th East Avenue when he told police a man with a handgun came up to him and forced him to hand over the cash and 10 payroll checks. The robber then ran away.

Police say the victim wasn't injured and officers are looking for the robber.
