Deputies Arrest Bartlesville Man On Murder Complaint

Washington County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a 21-year-old Bartlesville man in connection the death of another Bartlesville man.

Deputies booked Scott Offutt into the Washington County jail on a first-degree murder complaint.  

The arrest follows the discovery of a man's body in a ditch just east of Bartlesville Thursday evening. Deputies say Kyler Holeman, 21, was found near the intersection of East Adams Boulevard and county road North 4000 Road.
