Oklahoma Cities Ranked In Order Of Snobbiness

The web site RoadSnacks.net used science and data to rank Oklahoma cities according to how snobby they are.

The site said it analyzed more than 80 cities in the state to compile its list. Here are the top ten snobbiest cities in Oklahoma:

1. Piedmont
2. Edmond
3. Jenks
4. Bixby
5. Owasso
6. Broken Arrow
7. Blanchard
8. Newcastle
9. Yukon
10. Stillwater

RoadSnacks said it looked at the 85 cities in Oklahoma with populations of 5,000 people or more. It then checked each location for the following:

Median home price (Higher is snobbier)
Median household income (Higher is snobbier)
Percent of population with a college degree (Higher is snobbier)
Private schools per capita (Higher is snobbier)
Theaters per capita (Higher is snobbier)
Art galleries per capita (Higher is snobbier)

It then ranked the 85 places in each category with scores from one to 85. It then averaged each place’s ranking into one overall score, where the lowest score went to the snobbiest place in Oklahoma. 

The web site said it was all done in fun.
