Four Semis Wreck On WB Turner Turnpike At Sapulpa Gate

Four semis crashed in the westbound lanes of the Turner Turnpike Tuesday morning. All lanes were back open as of 8:30 a.m.

Authorities tell us one truck was parked on the side of the highway and pulled into traffic - into an oncoming semi. They hit two other parked semis, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

The crash caused significant damage to the center retaining wall at the Sapulpa gate.

Multiple emergency crews responded to the crash. Sapulpa firefighters said one driver received minor injuries in the crash.

One of the semis was a cattle truck and took a significant amount of time to clear the scene, officials say.
