Tulsa Police Arrest Man Suspected Of Breaking Into Rent-A-Center

One man is in jail and police are searching for another after an attempted burglary at the Rent-A-Center near Admiral and Sheridan.

Police say around 11:15 Sunday, the two tripped the silent alarm while trying to break through the brick on the back of the building.
Tulsa Police arrested one person in connection with the crime. He's been identified as George Garcia.

The 36-year-old man was booked on complaints of second-degree burglary and possession of marijuana.

Police say the thieves weren't able to take anything from the store.
