Prosecutors filed charges Wednesday against Adacia Chambers.

She's accused of driving around a barricade and over a police motorcycle before crashing into spectators at Oklahoma State University's homecoming parade last month.

Payne County DA Laura Thomas filed four counts of second-degree murder and 46 counts of felony assault against Chambers Wednesday morning.

Adacia Chambers, 25, has been in jail in Stillwater on a $1 million bond since the October 24 crash. A judge has ordered a psychological evaluation.

According to Oklahoma statutes, second-degree murder charges are warranted when someone acts in a way that's "imminently dangerous to another person" but does so without premeditation. Each count is punishable by at least 10 years in prison.
