The public will have more opportunities to share project ideas for the Vision 2025 sales tax renewal. Tulsa city council members signed a resolution saying they will work toward having the renewal vote take place in next April instead of this fall.

The city has added two more public hearing dates where you can submit ideas. The deadline for submissions through the city's website will also be extended.

  • Monday, August 3, District 7 - 6 p.m., Union High School, 6636 S Mingo Road
  • Tuesday, August 4, Districts 1 and 3 - 6 p.m., Rudisill Regional Library, 1520 N Hartford Avenue
  • Tuesday, August 11 - 6 p.m. (public hearing) City Hall Council Chambers, 175 E. 2nd Street
  • Tuesday, August 25 - 6 p.m. (public hearing) City Hall Council Chambers, 175 E. 2nd Street

All proposals that were submitted at a public hearing or through the vision email are posted online at: www.cityoftulsa.org/vision. Once the Vision Taskforce sets a new deadline for proposal submissions, the deadline date will be posted on the Vision website.
