Tulsa Resident Awakes To Someone Inside Apartment, Police Say

Police say a woman woke up early Monday to find a person inside her Tulsa apartment. 

Officers said the incident happened at the Silver Creek apartments near 41st and Highway 169 at around 12:30 a.m. Police said someone opened a sliding glass door to the apartment and when they realized the person inside was awake, ran away. 

Officers said the woman was not injured. 

Police said several items were taken in the burglary.
