A judge has ruled that a Mounds teen who pleaded guilty to manslaughter in May for the car crash that killed two men in April 2014 will spend the next 12 years in prison.

A judge has ruled that a Mounds teen who pleaded guilty to manslaughter in May for the car crash that killed two men in April 2014 will spend the next 12 years in prison.

Prosecutors said Harley Stone was high on synthetic marijuana when he crashed into two construction workers working on a traffic signal near 71st and Elwood.

Ronnie Blagg and Mike Turner died.
