RiverWalk Movie Theater Reduced To Rubble

Monday, the Muscogee Creek Nation took a big step toward redeveloping the RiverWalk.

Osage SkyNews 6 HD was over what used to be the movie theater, but is now just a pile of rubble.

The tribe said in January, when it bought the property that it may tear the theater down to make way for a $22 million golf themed entertainment complex that includes an indoor, electronic driving range.

The theater closed in February.

The Creeks said the development will be done in stages over several years.
