Police Say Man Exposed Himself At Tulsa Raceway

Tulsa police arrested a 20-year-old man for public intoxication after witnesses say he exposed himself and assaulted a child at the Tulsa Raceway Saturday night.

Witnesses told police Preston Lee Watkins first stole an EZ Go golf cart and drove it to an area near some restrooms. An arrest report states Watkins then "proceeded to urinate openly in front of two minor children."

"Witnesses stated Watkins placed his hands around the neck of a 7-year-old boy and choked him," the arrest report said.

Police say Watkins smelled of alcohol and had slurred speech. He reportedly told police he'd had several beers.

Watkins was booked on two complaints of indecent exposure, grand larceny, assault and battery and public intoxication.
