Wagoner County deputies arrested a Haskell man Monday for stealing two rolls of copper wire from a trailer park earlier this month.
Deputies said surveillance video recorded Keith Rollins, 35, stealing the rolls on Thursday, October 2, 2014.
They say they determined it was Rollins who went to a Wagoner County metal dealer to sell the copper that same day, thanks to an obscene tattoo on his right bicep. They say the tattoo reads "---- the police." Deputies arrested him Monday at his home.
The booked Keith Rollins into the county jail on a complaint of larceny of copper. Jail records show he is being held on a $5,000 bond.
