Allergy sufferers across Oklahoma could be in for a rough day Tuesday. The Oklahoma Allergy and Asthma Clinic in Oklahoma City has issued a high alert for ragweed and tree pollen allergy sufferers.
The OAAC says if you have grass and mold allergies those counts are going to be high as well.
If you've been sneezing, had watery eyes, or had itchy skin and never been tested for allergies, you may want to call an allergist and do that.
Doctors say there are small things you can do throughout the day to help cut down your exposure to ragweed pollen. The American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology has information about ragweed on its web site.
If your allergist approves you can get the shots to help with fighting your allergy.
