Woman Found Shot In Stomach In Tulsa Neighborhood

EMSA took a shooting victim to a Tulsa hospital early Friday according to police.

Officers responded to a 911 call in the 4200 block of North Hartford of a woman who had been shot once in the stomach at about 2 a.m.  They said the victim was talking to EMSA medics as she was loaded into the ambulance.

Tulsa Police said a number of different shell casings were found at the scene and they believe the woman may have not been the intended target. 

Officers say they do not have a good description of the shooter or shooters and have questioned residents in the neighborhood, but are asking if anyone has any information to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
