Those charges were filed in October after the Security and Exchange Commission filed a fraud complaint against the pair.
The SEC says Dearman and Gray raised at least $4.7 million through illegal schemes.
Former investors want their money back. There are nearly two dozen lawsuits filed against Dearman and Gray in Washington and Osage County courts.
Dearman remains in the Washington County jail in lieu of $150,000 bond. Gray bonded out of jail after she was arrested in October.
