A new state law takes effect November 1, 2013, which changes early voting rules in Oklahoma.
In-person absentee voting will now be on the Thursday and Friday before Election Day, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Early voting will be offered on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the weekend before a state or federal election.
Perhaps the biggest change, though: the law prohibits early voting on the Monday before an election.
