Two Charged In Christmas Eve 2012 Murder In Tulsa

Charges were filed Wednesday after a Christmas Eve 2012 murder.

Shawn Banks was found shot to death outside Tulsa's Town Square Apartments. Two people are now charged with first degree murder in his killing.

Court documents show 19-year-old Shelvon Williams goes by "Savage." He was arrested on September 19.

Jeremy Lamont Carr, 20, also goes by "Ronnie Holland," and has previous a felony conviction for grand larceny. According to records, Carr has been in Tulsa County jail since his arrest on February 14 for armed robbery.

Williams and Carr are both being held without bond.
