Alleged Intruder Shot By Owasso Homeowner Booked Into Jail

The man police say was shot breaking into an Owasso home last week is now out of the hospital and in jail.

Timothy Wall, 44, was booked into the Tulsa County jail Monday afternoon.

He's being held on a first degree burglary complaint with a $50,000 bond.

One of the neighbors in the Honey Creek neighborhood shot Wall after, he said, Wall broke down the back door of his home.
