Bartlesville Man Charged With Murder Of Grandmother Will Stand Trial

A Bartlesville man charged with first-degree murder in the death of his grandmother will stand trial.

A Washington County judge Monday set September 23 for the start of Brandon Capp's trial.  Police arrested Capps in October 2012 after finding Clara Jean Hammer dead in her Bartlesville home.

Capps also faces two charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and possessing contraband stemming from a fight with another inmate in the Washington County jail last month.
