6 jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
1 tbls butter
½ tbls garlic
Rice
Guacamole
Pico de Gallo
Season shrimp. Heat butter on medium high heat and sauté garlic 2-3 minutes. Cook shrimp just until done approximately. 2-3 minutes per side. Plate rice and top with shrimp garnish with pico and guacamole.
