Trio of flatbreads topped three different ways:
1. Pistachio pesto and San Marzano tomatoes
2. Salted ricotta and sliced grilled portobello mushrooms
3. Roasted red pepper and feta mousse
It's three appetizer recipes in one demo, and each has an authentic, fresh Italian taste while also showcasing some variety in texture and flavor - always a good thing when thinking about appetizers.
Not everyone likes the same things, and this way you can please a variety of palates (and stay vegetarian!).
