Two women were charged with child neglect Wednesday, after police say an 18-month-old boy seemed to have overdosed on pain medication in their Jenks home last week.
Ginger Rolan and Amy Latimer are both facing a charge of child neglect.
Records show, Rolan called 911 last week, saying her grandson, Kyzen, was very lethargic.
A neighbor told News On 6 he saw the toddler the night before, sitting on Rolan's lap on the front porch. The neighbor said Kyzen was blotchy, pale and his eyes were flickering. The neighbor said he told Rolan to take the baby to the hospital and she said, "I called the doctor. We think he got into Allen's pills and took a Lortab."

Records show 911 wasn't called until 12 hours later, at 8 a.m. on Wednesday. When police responded to the call, they also found 48-year-old Allen Lykins lying dead on the couch. The other adults in the apartment told police they didn't realize he was dead.
According to police reports, "multiple prescription pill bottles' were in the room with the 18-month-old and pills were "strewn all over the floor." The report shows Rolan told police Kyzen may have swallowed a Lortab.
The toddler was in ICU last week. A family member told News On 6 that doctors put Kyzen into a medically induced coma to let him rest, and he is no longer in critical condition. They said he was showing signs of improvement, as of last week. His current condition is unknown.
Another woman who lived in the home, Amy Latimer, 39, was also charged.
Both Rolan and Latimer are still in Tulsa County jail on $50,000 bond.
