2 - 10 inch flour quesadillas

1/2 ounce of butter

5 ounces of pepper jack cheese

5 ounces of diced peeled and deveined shrimp

3 ounces of adobo sauce

salt and pepper to taste

1 ounce of fresh cut cilantro

2 ounces each of guacamole and sour cream for garnish
