Warrant Issued For Keota Woman Accused Of Stabbing Ex-Boyfriend's Girlfriend

A judge issued a warrant Wednesday for the arrest of a woman accused of stabbing her former boyfriend's girlfriend.

OSBI is investigating the stabbing, which took place last Thursday in Keota.

Brandy Kay Hoover is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and maiming. Her bond for those felonies is set at $350,000.

Investigators said the victim, Tara Parks, 32, and her boyfriend, Kendall McCormick, 36, went to Hoover's home at 106 Broadway in Keota, and a fight ensued between Hoover and Parks.

Parks was stabbed multiple times. She was flown to a Tulsa hospital for treatment and has since been released.
