Tulsa Police Arrest Man On Domestic Assault And Battery Complaint

Tulsa man is arrested after a woman tells police officers the man kicked in her apartment door and assaulted her.

Tulsa Police say they got a call just before 7 p.m. Thursday to the apartment in the 1300 block of East 37th Street North.

As officers arrived at the apartment, Orlando Carter, 22, was spotted outside and placed under arrest.

Carter was booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of first degree burglary, domestic assault and battery as well as several outstanding warrants.
