Reasor's Opens Store In Sand Springs

A new grocery store opened for business in Sand Springs Wednesday.

Reasor's opened a new store on the south side of the river, near Highway 97 and 41st Street.

Reasor's president, G. Allen Mills, is from Sand Springs and said the new store is especially exciting for him.

City leaders said it's nice for people to have options.

"We have other grocery stores, but this just gives us a great opportunity to have choices, to have a different variety of things, there are things in this store that you're not going to find in other stores," said Mary Eubanks, of the Sand Springs Chamber of Commerce.

The new store is bringing about 225 jobs to the area and they are still hiring.
