Starting Monday morning, June 11, 2012, drivers who take state Highway 266 north of Catoosa will have to find alternative routes as the bridge over the Verdigris River will be closed for 2 weeks.

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation says both east and westbound lanes will be closed while crews work on the bridge's deck.

ODOT says signs will direct traffic to state Highway 66 and state Highway 167 around the closure.

The $1.8 million project began back in March and is expected to be finished sometime in the fall.
