A police pursuit ended in a Skiatook neighborhood when the fleeing driver crashed through a fence in a resident's yard.

It happened at about 1:15 a.m. in the Copper Hill II subdivision near 135th Street North and Osage. An adult male in the car ran from the scene. A witness told police they saw the man hide in a nearby trash can, and he was taken into custody.

Two juvenile females were found in the car.

Skiatook Police and Osage County deputies took the man and the girls into custody. Early reports indicate the man was arrested on complaints of felony driving under the influence and eluding police.
