A Tulsa County judge agreed with a jury's recommendation of life in prison for a man found guilty of making meth in 2009.

A Tulsa County judge agreed with a jury's recommendation of life in prison for a man found guilty of making meth in 2009.

On January 18, 2012, a Tulsa County jury found Mark Roberts not guilty of arson and two counts of murder involving a deadly apartment fire at the Royals Arms Apartments.

The jury did find Roberts guilty of making meth.

Two people died in the March 10, 2009 fire.

Friday morning, the judge sentenced Roberts to Life in prison and ordered him to pay a $50,000 fine.

Mark Roberts' attorney says he plans to appeal the jury's verdict.
