Stromboli is basically a folded pizza.
Ours has mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, salami, canadian bacon, garlic salt, black olives, green bell peppers, mushrooms, and red onions, all folded in with olive oil on top.
Keys to great stromboli:
Good crust.
Make your own dough or buy it from us and don't overwork it.
Start out like you would with a pizza.
Use fresh ingredients and include what you like... whatever you're hungry for.
Grating your own cheese will also add some deliciousness to your creation.
You really can taste the difference.
Bake it long enough to turn the crust a nice golden brown... you don't want it to be soggy inside!
