TULSA, Oklahoma -- Two men are in the Tulsa County jail after they reportedly detonated an explosive device at a car rental car wash facility at Tulsa International Airport early Monday morning.

Tulsa Police responding to scene spotted two men, Michael Oakley, 21, Tulsa, and Garrett Moore, 22, Broken Arrow, driving away from the car wash just after midnight.

Officers stopped, questioned and arrested both Oakley and Moore.

Police say Oakley and Moore built and detonated a device made with acid, tin foil and plastic bottles.

Oakley and Moore were employed by a car rental company at the airport and the explosion took place in the car wash operated by the car rental company on airport property.

No one was injured.

Tulsa Fire was also called to the scene to help wash down any residue from the explosion.

Both men were booked into jail on complaints exploding a bomb next to a building.  Bond for both is $50,000 each.
