Tulsa City Councilor Hoping To Meet Grammy Winner Taylor Swift

TULSA, Oklahoma -- A Tulsa city councilman is hoping to meet multi-platinum recording artist Taylor Swift when she performs in Tulsa Wednesday evening.

Swift is scheduled to perform at the BOK Center in downtown Tulsa.

City councilor Chris Trail has drafted a city council proclamation honoring the singer and is hoping to present it to her in person during Wednesday's concert.
