MORRIS, Oklahoma -- Charges were filed Thursday in a homicide that happened in Okmulgee County back in January.

Kellyville resident Brenda Kidd is charged with first degree manslaughter in the death of Bobby Warner. He was shot inside a barn, just outside of Morris January 13, 2011.

Warner's family was told the dispute that led to the shooting was over a horse.
