Bartlesville Mother Waives Right To Jury Trial In Death Of Infant Daughter

BARTLESVILLE, Oklahoma -- A 26-year-old Bartlesville woman charged with the death of her infant daughter has waived her right to a jury trial. 

Lyndsey Fiddler is charged with first degree murder and child neglect in the death of 10-day-old Maggie Trammel on November 4, 2010.

Earlier this month, a judge set an August 29, 2011 trial date for Fiddler.

This week, Fiddler waived her jury trial and the judge set a hearing in Washington County District Court for August 23, 2011.

Maggie Trammel was found dead in a washing machine at Fiddler's Bartlesville apartment.
