TULSA, Oklahoma -- The filing period for the city of Tulsa city council seats and city auditor closed at 5 p.m. Wednesday and 37 candidates filed the necessary paperwork at the Tulsa County Election Board.
Six incumbents filed for re-election. The other three, John Eagleton, Rick Westcott and Bill Christiansen already announced they would not seek another term on the city council. The city auditor's position is also on the ballot.
