TULSA, Oklahoma -- The driver of a car Tulsa Police say was involved in a fatal hit and run crash on North Peoria late Monday night turned himself in Tuesday evening.
Robert Chiles, 20, surrendered to police about an hour after the car involved in the hit and run was located near 54th Street North and Cincinnati.

Chiles was booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of 2nd degree manslaughter and leaving the scene of a fatality crash.
Tulsa Police say the Chevy Camaro turned in front of a motorcycle around 9 p.m. Monday.
The motorcyclist, identified as 53-year-old Donald Eugene Anderson, hit the car and landed on the ground. Anderson was taken to a Tulsa hospital where he was pronounced dead.
