TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa had no problem with Central Florida dismantling the Knights 90-70 Saturday. The Golden Hurricane improves to 12-0 at the Reynolds Center.
Tied at four after three minutes, TU used a 13-2 run to permanently separate itself from UCF. The Hurricane led 40-20 at halftime and never looked back.
Tulsa led by as much as 32 points in the second half. The Knights never came closer than 18 points in the second half.
Jerome Jordan had the games only double-double with 21 points and 11 rebounds. Justin Hurtt finished with 22 points, Ben Uzoh had 16 and Joe Richard came off the bench to add 11.
A.J. Rompza scored 19 points and Keith Clanton had 11.
The Golden Hurricane will travel across Tulsa to face Oral Roberts Wednesday Jan. 20.
