Tulsa Buses Running, Courthouse Still Closed

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa buses are back on the roads but running limited routes, the City announced Thursday.

"The system is hampered by the wintry road conditions," the release states. "Some routes will have deviations to avoid certain turns and hills.

The evening bus schedule has been canceled with buses running until 7:30 p.m. only. There is no Lift program service, and the regular information line is not in operation.

The emergency phone number, 918-625-8741, is working.

There will be no trash or recycling service Thursday.

The Tulsa City Council meetings have been canceled.

Other services:

Municipal Courts, Tulsa County offices and the Tulsa County Courthouse are closed Thursday, February 3, 2011. Citizens who were scheduled for court on February 1, 2 and 3 will receive a letter informing them of their new court date; or beginning Monday, February 3, citizens can come to court to add their case to the docket.
