Burns' other passenger, 17-year-old Lindsey Emery, was taken to the hospital but later released.

Burns was pinned for about 30 minutes before firefighters freed her.
Troopers said Burns, Emery, and Jocelynn Jacobson were wearing seatbelts. They said Quenth Jacobson was in a child safety seat, facing forward.
The accident happened on North South 4180 Road less than a mile south of East-West 410 Road.
