TULSA, Oklahoma -- For the second time in a row, a Tulsa County District Court judge has recused himself from the case of a Stillwater man charged with killing three members of a Sand Springs family.

Steven Jameson, 20, is charged with three counts of first degree manslaughter, drug possession and driving without a license stemming from a December 24, 2009 fatality accident on state Highway 51.

In October, District Court judge Tom Gillert recused himself from the case and Monday, November 22, 2010 a second district court judge, Kurt Glassco, recused himself.

Court records indicate Glassco represented Jameson's mother in a divorce case before Glassco became a judge.

Jameson remains free on bond.

Another court date has been set for December 6, 2010.
